📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Opportunity to build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

• Independent contractor / self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and autonomy • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • No investment required
