They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Create and grow your concierge services company in your local area • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and self-direction • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • No investment required • Full training included • Start at your own pace
