They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team (cleaning and maintenance professionals) • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship, if desired
