📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and self-reliance • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • No initial investment required
