They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive 75% to 85% of the concierge commission generated by your business

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Entrepreneurial motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector welcome • Proven ability to prospect and secure property management mandates • Ability to build and manage a local team • Ability to manage a property portfolio using digital tools
