They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team (cleaning and maintenance staff) • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Opportunity to build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Launch and develop your business under the ALB brand • Provide short-term rental management for villas, premium apartments, and unique properties

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • You have a background in real estate, sales, or another sector • Highly motivated • Enjoy the autonomy of self-employment with the support of an established network • Want to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
