ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team (cleaning and maintenance staff) • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive property-owner inquiries in your area and manage your business in real time via the ALB platform

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have a background in real estate, sales, or another industry • Highly motivated • The independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • An ambition to build a recurring, long-term income • Status: Self-employed • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
