They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop your property concierge business in your assigned area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team (cleaning and maintenance professionals) • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Option to build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area • Option to delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during your absences • Recruit City Managers and earn a commission on their business activity
