📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance staff • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers through sponsorship • Optimize property owners’ income through short-term rental management

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to work autonomously with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Full training provided; no specific industry experience required • No investment required
