📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Ability to build a recurring income stream over the long term • No investment required
