📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Willingness to work independently with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income over the long term • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
