📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Recruit and potentially refer your own network of City Managers • Build a portfolio of managed properties and a recurring-revenue business

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • No investment required • Full training included • Start at your own pace
