📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation to develop an independent business • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is a plus but not required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
