📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries in your area through the ALB platform

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Motivation and ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Desire to work independently while benefiting from the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income over the long term • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
