They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop a concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure management agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Earn commissions on the activities of sponsored City Managers

• Independent / freelance status • Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Autonomy and the desire to build a long-term recurring income • No specific degree, certification, or minimum experience explicitly required • No investment required (€0)
