📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow a concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Earn 75% to 85% of the concierge service commissions generated by your business
