📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge services company in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Earn commissions on the activities of sponsored City Managers

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and the desire to build a recurring long-term income • Looking for independence with the support of a structured network • Self-employed status • Full training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
