📋 Description

• Create and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business under the ALB brand

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Strong motivation • The independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income over the long term • Self-employed status • No investment required
