📋 Description

• Create and develop your property concierge business in your assigned area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team of cleaning and maintenance contractors • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive property-owner leads in your area and manage your business in real time via the ALB platform

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation • Independence of a self-employed entrepreneur, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
