They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and secure mandates from property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, if desired • Develop a network of City Managers and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • No specific degree, certification, or number of years of experience required • Start at your own pace
