They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your property concierge company in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and desire to build a recurring, long-term income • The autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • No specific industry experience required: candidates from real estate, sales, or other sectors are welcome • No investment required
