📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the property concierge business in your area • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive property-owner inquiries in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and commitment to building a long-term recurring income • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome; no specific industry background required • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
