They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow a property concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Monitor property-owner inquiries in your area and manage operations in real time through the ALB platform

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is an advantage • Highly motivated • Enjoy the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
