📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team (cleaning and maintenance agents) • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive property owner leads in your area

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have a background in real estate, sales, or another field • Motivation and the ability to work independently • A desire to build a recurring income over the long term • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
