📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship, if desired • Develop a network of City Managers and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation • Desire for independence with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • No investment required
