📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop a property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and willingness to build a recurring long-term income • No specific industry background required: real estate, sales, or other professional backgrounds accepted • No investment required • Full training provided
