They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a concierge services business under the ALB brand • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers through sponsorship • Receive property owner inquiries in your area and manage operations in real time

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and desire to build a recurring income over the long term • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
