📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property management and concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive property-owner inquiries in your area and manage operations in real time through the ALB platform

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and drive • The independence of a self-employed professional • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
