📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the property concierge business in your area • Prospect for property owners and sign property management agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries in your area through the ALB platform

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • No specific professional background required; experience in real estate, sales, hairdressing, management, or hospitality is welcome • No initial investment required
