📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and sign management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Monitor property-owner requests in your area and manage operations in real time through the ALB platform

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a recurring income stream over the long term • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is considered an advantage but is not required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
