📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own real estate concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business and track property-owner requests through the ALB platform

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and desire to build a recurring income over the long term • Desire for independence with the support of a structured network • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
