📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage the business through the ALB platform and handle property-owner requests

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and willingness to work independently as a self-employed entrepreneur • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • No specific experience or qualification required
