📋 Description

• Create and develop a concierge services business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and secure management mandates from property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers through sponsorship • Develop a portfolio of managed properties generating recurring fees

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Entrepreneurial motivation and autonomy • No investment required • Full training provided • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector accepted • Ability to develop a property concierge services business and a local network
