ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but no specific experience is required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
