📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a portfolio of managed properties generating recurring fees
