📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop a concierge services company in your local area • Prospect for and sign agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation to develop an independent business • Willingness to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Independent contractor status • No initial investment required
