ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries through the ALB platform • Earn 75% to 85% of the concierge commissions generated by your business

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector welcome • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Desire for independence with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a recurring long-term income • No investment required • Full training provided
