They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and grow a property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Entrepreneurial motivation and ability to work independently • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • No investment required • Full training included
