They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Willingness to work independently with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • No investment required
