📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • No specific professional background required: real estate, sales, or other sectors are welcome • No initial investment required • Start at your own pace
