📋 Description
• Launch and grow your own ALB-branded property concierge business • Establish and expand a concierge company in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB's digital tools • Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive between 75% and 85% of the concierge commission generated by your activity • Operate via the ALB platform and receive owner requests within your territory
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Experience in real estate, sales, or other sectors is acceptable • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Start at your own pace • No investment required
