📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop a property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Grow a portfolio of managed properties generating recurring fees

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Motivation to build a long-term recurring income • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector— not required; motivation is what matters • Willingness to work independently with the support of a structured network • No initial investment required
