📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Build a portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unusual accommodations • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Manage your property portfolio as your own business • Serve as the ALB point of contact in your area • Organize your schedule freely and work partially remotely or in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Strong persuasive and communication skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodations • Open to candidates from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other professional background • Willingness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Ability to organize your schedule independently • Comprehensive in-house training provided in legal, technical, sales, and management topics
