📋 Description
• Become the ALB commercial agent in your area • Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management • Actively prospect to identify property owners • Negotiate and sign management contracts • Operational management: coordinate service providers and maintain owner–guest relations • Grow your client portfolio to build recurring monthly revenue • Organize your schedule freely
🎯 Requirements
• Able to persuade and build trust with property owners • Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector • Motivation matters • Want the autonomy of an independent with the support of a structured network • Aim to build long-term recurring income, not a capped salary
