📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area • Actively identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of short-term rental management clients • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and on-site activities • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
