📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area • Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust you with management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork • Receive and process owner inquiries through the ALB platform • Delegate management of your portfolio to the ALB network during your absences • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship
