📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust the management of their properties to the company • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required (€0)
