They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your local area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of properties under short-term rental management • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and fieldwork • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage and monitor your business through the ALB platform

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an independent business • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is accepted • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • No initial investment required
