They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management within a defined area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and fieldwork

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Comprehensive training provided • No investment required
