They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Become an ALB commercial agent in your area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Convince owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and field activities • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome but not required • Motivation and independence suited to self-employment • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
