📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your local area • Identify property owners and convince them to entrust ALB with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Freely organize your schedule between remote work and field activities • Receive and process property-owner inquiries through the ALB platform • Monitor operations in real time • Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program
