📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Convince owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely, combining partial remote work with fieldwork • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Self-employed status
