ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust their properties to our management • Negotiate and sign property management agreements with owners • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management • Grow the portfolio with the aim of generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely, combining partial remote work with fieldwork • If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Motivation and ambition to build recurring long-term income • Enjoy the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
