📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area • Actively identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and on-site activities

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation required; experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Desire for the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Desire to build recurring income over the long term • No initial investment required
