📋 Description

• Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust the management of their properties to the company • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Develop a portfolio of properties under short-term rental management • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and fieldwork • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired • Manage your activity through the ALB platform

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
