They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule independently, combining remote work and field activities • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
