📋 Description

• Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust their properties to the company for management • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and fieldwork

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation • Independent working style with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Self-employed status • No investment required • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector accepted
