📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area • Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust ALB with property management • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation • Independence, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector; no specific experience explicitly required
