ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• You will become ALB’s real estate sales representative in your area, responsible for developing a portfolio of short-term rental properties. • Active prospecting: identify property owners (apartments, houses, villas, unique/atypical accommodations) and convince them to entrust you with management • Negotiate and sign management contracts with property owners • Operational oversight: coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers, and manage relationships with owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio with the goal of generating recurring monthly income • Flexible schedule (partial remote work / field work)

🎯 Requirements

• You can persuade and build trust with property owners • You come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation is what counts • You want the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • You want to build long-term recurring income, not a capped salary
