📋 Description

• Oversee all concierge operations within the assigned area • Secure new concierge management contracts in the area • Manage housekeeping and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure owner and guest satisfaction • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally • Increase ALB’s visibility and reputation in the territory • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, where applicable • Earn a commission on the activity of sponsored City Managers
