ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Independently manage and oversee all concierge service operations within your area • Grow the client portfolio by signing new concierge service agreements • Manage housekeeping and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure owner and guest satisfaction • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally and increase its visibility • Receive and manage owner inquiries through the ALB platform • Delegate management of your property portfolio to the ALB network during periods of absence • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity, if desired

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry; motivation is what matters most • Desire for the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Self-employed status • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
