📋 Description

• Manage all concierge service operations within the assigned area as an autonomous operator • Sign new concierge service contracts in the area • Manage cleaning and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure property owners’ and guests’ satisfaction • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally and increase its recognition across the territory

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivated and self-directed • Interested in building a recurring income stream over the long term • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
